AVE uses only the best carriers in Australia to deliver your new e-bike.

Orders are for bikes in stock are processed and despatched within 1-2 business days from the date when we receive your order.

Custom orders will be completed and despatched within 28 days of receiving your order.

We do not process or despatch orders on weekends or public holidays - any orders submitted through our website during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Insurance of Goods in Transit

It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain insurance for goods in transit. We strongly advise you to obtain insurance for valuable items.

Domestic shipping of your new e-bike

We deliver our electric bikes to all states and territories in Australia. Electric bikes are classified as sensitive freight due to the battery and require care in transit. We use specialist freight companies.

Shipping times vary depending on where you live however we aim to deliver within 3 – 7 working days.


Accessories & Parts

Delivery to all states and territories in Australia is primarily via Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of your purchase from time of payment.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping your order is dependent on your delivery address. You can get an estimate of the shipping cost of your order by using the handy Shipping Estimates Calculator when you view your shopping cart in our website.

International Shipping & Delivery

We are happy to arrange international shipping of your new e-bike.  We will provide you will a separate quote on request.  Please click here to obtain a quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by email and provide you with the necessary details to track your order.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives please check that the shipment contains the correct products and that the products are in good condition.

  • Please do not accept delivery from the courier if you judge that the package and contents have been damaged.
  • Please do not sign for a package as damaged even if the driver asks you to do so. Signing for damage often voids any liability of the shipping company and will also void the insurance covering that consignment.
